We will ship your order anywhere in the US or Canada for a flat rate of US$5.00.
Orders subtotaling over $99.00 will be shipped free!
We ship USPS First Class mail, insured as appropriate, with delivery confirmation where available. If you have special needs, contact us to discuss them.
We maintain most of our products in stock, but may need to custom finish some items, especially those which require sizing or stonesetting.
When you place an order, we will send a confirmation e-mail, and then e-mail you personally as soon as we determine whether we have your exact items in stock or will need to size or set them to your order, and how long we expect this to take.
We generally ship in-stock items within five business days; custom finishing can take one to four weeks depending on conditions at the time of order. We will keep you informed of the status of your order.
If your order on receipt is not exactly as you expect, please contact us to discuss it and authorize a return if necessary. If authorized, we will accept postpaid returns and exchange or reimburse you for the full original cost of the product, not including shipping. Partial returns will be reimbursed for the price of the returned product only. If we made an error in your order, we will bear the cost of shipping the correct replacement on receipt of the original item. Items must be returned with original packaging and in original condition.
We are occasionally on the road for several days at a time, participating in shows or festivals (see our event schedule). We will not be able to answer e-mail at those times, but may perhaps see you there!
